Location: UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital, Fort Collins, CO

Department: PVH Diagnostic Rad

FTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Flex

Pay: $28.38 - $39.74/hour, based on relevant experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for the position. State licensure if required by law.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid for at least sixty days from the hire date.

Radiography / X-Ray Technologist Responsibilities:

• Assess patient history and initiate radiographic images based on physician orders while prioritizing patient education.
• Administer contrast media and imaging medications safely while monitoring the patient's condition.
• Recognize and report any changes in patient condition promptly.
• Implement techniques to ensure clarity in imaging while adhering to quality control standards based on best practices established by ARRT.
