R&D Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a motivated R&D Engineer to join their team. As an R&D Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting product development and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: R&D Engineer
Location: Plymouth, MN
Pay Range: $50 to 55/ hr
What's the Job?

• Conduct design analysis on components and assemblies to support development efforts
• Ensure designs are cost-efficient, manufacturable, and reliable
• Coordinate with engineering team members to facilitate project completion
• Support catheter product sustaining engineering activities
• Assist with third-party manufacturing transfer and support activities

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2-5 years of engineering experience
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with product development and manufacturing processes
