Quality Technician

The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials and final outgoing electro-mechanical products meet compliance expectations and regulatory requirements. This hands-on role is a member of the quality department and works directly with the quality engineering team alongside the production teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of incoming and outgoing products.
• Interpret and read engineering and shop drawings to validate quality.
• Complete inspection documentation of electro-mechanical products.

Essential Skills

• Experience in inspection.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
• Ability to perform visual and dimensional inspection.
• Experience in reading blueprints and schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal.
• Experience with incoming material review is highly preferred.
• Ability to read shop drawings and schematics is highly preferred.

This is a contract position based out of Hood River, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
