Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes safety, quality, and employee well-being? We are seeking a motivated Quality Team Lead for our Second Shift (6p-4:45a) in Pendergrass, GA!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and validate quality audits throughout the plant, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and quality objectives.
- Train and mentor plant personnel on quality standards and best practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and quality awareness.
- Track and report key quality performance metrics, including Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL), Pest Control Program (PCP) compliance, and customer feedback.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, utilizing root cause corrective actions (RCCA) and implementing preventative measures to enhance processes.
- Maintain and manage quality documentation, ensuring all records meet corporate and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with regional quality teams and stakeholders to address plant-specific quality concerns and promote consistency across locations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at quality systems and processes, working with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
