We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Receiving Inspector to join our team. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual with previous experience in medical device inspection. The inspector will be responsible for daily quality activities, focusing on complex product inspections, data collection, and ensuring our products meet quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on complex products received through Receiving Inspections.
• Maintain and validate inspection equipment.
• Organize and preserve all inspection and non-conformance records.
• Maintain Receiving Inspections, Quarantine, and Non-conformance logs.
• Ensure identification and traceability of products.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of previous work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to read and understand engineering blueprints.
• Basic computer skills including data input, word processing, and Excel.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, quality checks, and GMP standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School education.
• Experience with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.
• Familiarity with quality standards, tolerances, CMM, assembly, production, gauges, and GD&T.

Work Environment

The position operates within an AC cleanroom environment, adhering to GMP standards. Inspectors have their own computer station with a desk for performing inspections. The work hours are from 6am to 3:30pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr.
