Ironwood Plastics is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality control programs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role with direct oversight of Quality Engineers and Technicians. You'll collaborate across departments and with suppliers to maintain and elevate our quality systems.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the planning and implementation of quality control programs
• Develop inspection methods and conduct product quality analyses
• Investigate customer complaints and drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and product development teams
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality
• Ensure compliance with all quality systems and procedures

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and systems
• Experience in injection molding or related manufacturing processes
• Possess or have the ability to obtain ASQ certification (CMQ/OE preferred)
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to leadership
