Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting product compliance and safety. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour

Shift: 12 hr rotating shift | 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per inspection plans and specification requirements.
• Conduct PCI activities for NA Notifications at the US Regional Service Center as needed.
• Follow all procedural requirements to maintain compliance with applicable Quality System Regulations (i.e., cGMP compliance).
• Support the paper document archival process, including preparation of pallets for shipment and scanning of documents for electronic archival.
• Initiate Non-Conformance reports as required and support NC and CAPA activities as needed.

What's Needed?

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent; AA or Technical Degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills to regularly access and document information.
• Basic written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with team members.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA regulatory standards preferred.
• Ability to perform essential job functions in an office environment, including manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.
