Location: Covington, GA
Pay Rate: Earn a starting base pay of $15.00 per hour , with the ability to increase your earnings to $25.00+ per hour through our performance-based incentive programs. Your pay grows with you based on efficiency, productivity, and a strong safety record; top performers regularly achieve higher compensation.
Schedule Options: Monday-Friday (7 AM - 3:30 PM) (9 AM - 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities

Review held ware tickets, item limits, and choice levels before starting the resort.
Inspect bottles and decide to save or cull based on customer expectations and quality standards.
Maintain a steady pace of 550 bottles per hour according to the resort's priority list.
Complete resort tracking reports accurately and on time.
Participate in 2nd audits with Resort or Quality Leaders; rework pallets as needed.
Manage packaging and scrap for inspected pallets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Support teammates and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous inspection or quality control experience preferred.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
20/20 vision (corrected) and ability to pass a color vision test.
Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Able to operate a pallet jack safely.
Strong team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Self-motivated and committed to maintaining high performance standards.
