Quality Inspector

Join our team as a Quality Inspector where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of our machined components. You will inspect both low and high-volume parts, operate and set up CMM machines using PC-DMIS, and perform 1st Article and final inspections. Your expertise will support in-process inspections on the shop floor, and you will accurately document all work performed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machined components for both low and high-volume production.
• Operate and set up CMM machines using PC-DMIS.
• Perform 1st Article and final inspections.
• Support in-process inspections on the shop floor as needed.
• Accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and traveler.
• Recognize quality issues and communicate with management.
• Assist with Return Material Authorization (RMA).
• Support the Quality team with ISO and ITAR compliance.

Essential Skills

• 5 years or more of quality inspection experience in the medical or aerospace device machined components industry.
• Experience in CMM setup and operation.
• Proficiency in using PC-DMIS.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and the ability to read Engineering Drawings.
• Ability to recognize and identify quality issues both visually and dimensionally.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Shop math experience.
• Experience with machined components.
• Print to Part experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $59000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
