Quality Engineer

Our client, an aerospace manufacturer based out of Israel, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of their new facility, in the United States with the ability to wear various hats on a smaller team.

Pay Range: $100,000-$125,000/yearly

What's the Job?

  Quality Manager within the programs across all quality aspects, from contract receipt to program completion.

  n

• n

  Participating in audits, writing quality plans, and monitoring execution.

  n
n
• n

  Leading and managing quality processes in aero-structure projects.

  n
n
• n

  Conducting internal quality audits within the program to verify compliance with customer requirements and company procedures, as well as preparation and support for external quality audits.

  n
n
• n

  Ensuring the company meets customer requirements.

  n
n
• n

  Managing quality processes (MRB, CAPA, failure investigation, etc.).

  n
n

What's Needed?

n
• n

  Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Materials Engineering

  n
n
• n

  3+ years of experience in Quality Control / Manufacturing Engineering

  n
n
• n

  Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry (worked with ISO (could be automotive or med device are industries they seem open to, or naval/submarines, metal, etc.))

  n

• n

  Knowledge of composite materials - an advantage

  n
n
• n

  Familiarity with aviation standard AS9100 - an advantage

  n
n
• n

  Knowledge in CATIA - an advantage

  n
n
• n

  Excellent people skills

  n
n
• n

  Self-learning abilities

  n
n
• n

  Ability to manage, lead, and drive cross-organizational processes.

• n

  Experience with multiple interfaces and collaborating with customers domestically and internationally

  n
n

**This is an onsite role. Must be local to Ladson, SC area.

**MUST be US Citizen or Green Card Holder

**MUST be able to travel to Republic of Georgia. 2 weeks max at a time. 1-2 trips for 2025.
