About the role:

The Quality Engineer I role will provide support for the Peripheral Interventions Trending and Analytics team. This role will be responsible for complaint trend analysis to improve patient safety and product performance by providing detailed analysis of complaint trends to drive action. Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication to all levels of the organization are key to the success of the position.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model requiring employees to be in our local office three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis of complaint trends
• Leading cross-functional quality investigations
• Presenting data and investigation findings to a broad cross-functional audience
• Representing the team in cross-functional quality investigations

• Applying sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues
• Assuringthe development and execution of streamlined business systems which effectively identify and resolve quality issues.
• Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
• Minimal travel required, less than 10%

What we're looking for in you:

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field
• Experience organizing, analyzing, and presenting data
• Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Competent with use of Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab Statistical Analysis software (or equivalent)

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service-oriented with ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with individuals on all levels
