Position Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts to achieve peak performance through collaboration and engagement.

• Act as a key representative for Manual Testing to QA and IT leadership, aligning initiatives with company goals.

• Prioritize and delegate QA tasks effectively to manage workload and ensure timely project delivery.

• Engage in both strategic oversight and direct involvement in testing activities to uphold the highest quality standards.

• Establish and refine best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance QA processes and efficiency.

• Monitor and report on quality metrics, driving continuous improvement and accountability across the team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or mentoring role.

• Proficient in SQL, API testing, and Agile methodologies.
