What You'll Do:

• Provide expert electrical guidance and problem-solving support during the printed circuit board manufacturing processes.
• Assist in designing, troubleshooting, and calibrating product testing equipment.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and Improvement initiatives across Cleveland operations, training QA staff on troubleshooting techniques.
• Utilize Quality Management System tools and apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Education & Experience Requirements

1. Engineer I: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, 0+ years of relevant experience.
2. Engineer II: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience.
3. Engineer III: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience.

All levels will assess, develop, and implement quality control procedures and analyze manufacturing standards for compliance.

Skills and Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electrical testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with printed circuit board manufacturing processes (Surface Mount Technology and power electronics).
• Proficiency in collaboration and leading continuous improvement projects.
