Punch Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Punch Press Operator to run punch press machines. This role offers the opportunity to learn machine setups in the future. Candidates will work with short run metal stamping, requiring operation of different machines throughout the day as job tasks change. Industries supported include medical, agriculture, light industrial, motor sports, and more. The operator will be responsible for visual inspection and handing off parts to the post-operation team.

Responsibilities

• Operate punch press machines efficiently.
• Learn and perform setups as required.
• Work with short run metal stamping, switching between different machines.
• Conduct visual inspections of stamped parts.
• Collaborate with the post-operation team to ensure quality standards are met.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand all day.
• Experience in machine operating, deburring, CNC, press brake, sheet metal, and punch press.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with visual inspection processes.
• Understanding of metal stamping operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, Minnesota.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
