Location: Sterling, Illinois
Position Summary

Position Type: Full-time
Setting: Outpatient, clinic-based pulmonology practice
Hospital: Independent, 99-bed community hospital with 14 satellite clinics
Practice Type: Hospital-employed model
Patient Population: Bread-and-butter pulmonology - COPD, asthma, etc.
Team Structure: 1 MD, 1 NP currently on staff
Environment: Busy, established pulmonology practice

Licensing & Experience Requirements

Experience Required: Must have at least 1 year of experience as an NP or PA
Specialty Experience Preferred: Prior Pulmonology APP experience highly preferred
Licensure: Must have (or be eligible for) an unrestricted Illinois license
Certifications:
NP: Board-certified as a Nurse Practitioner
PA: Certified by the NCCPA
DEA license required or ability to obtain

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000
Incentives: Production-based bonus potential
