Facility:

This facility is part of Building B at a major medical center and serves as one of the highest acuity hospitals in Minnesota. The facility features five specialized ICUs: MICU, SICU, NSICU, CICU and Burn ICU, providing comprehensive care to patients with complex medical needs.

Opportunity: NP/PA - Advanced Bronchoscopy/Pulmonary Nodule

This is an opportunity to join the Heart and Vascular team in an Advanced Bronchoscopy/Pulmonary nodule position. You'll be working with a Pulmonary Team that includes support for inpatient Pulmonary Service, with a workload split between Pulmonary Medicine (50%) and Medical Critical Care (50%).

Job Details:

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) serving 12-14 patients per day
• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Works independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provides healthcare emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
• Medical Critical Care provided across five specialized ICUs with support from two NP Intensivists
• Requires excellent customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues
• Master's or Doctorate degree required in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Current licensure and national certification in applicable area required
• Current CPR certification required
• May be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
