Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth Services

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, with earnings between $141,000 and $203,000 annually based on 25-35 clinical hours per week.

At Thriveworks, we emphasize safety and best practices in telemedicine. While we provide stimulant medications as an option tailored to individual client needs, our approach does not prioritize their use. We do not treat substance use disorders and refer clients to in-person providers for severe cases.

Our Nurse Practitioners serve a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and beyond, with a primary focus on adults and adolescents.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.

• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.

• Three years of experience is beneficial; a minimum of one year in psychiatry is required.

• Must reside in and be licensed to practice in the relevant state.

• Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards with subsequent certification examination is mandatory. New hires will engage primarily with ADHD clients without imposed quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.

• Treat clients aged 14 years and older.

• Be available for in-office work at least one day per week.

• Prescribe medications to help alleviate mental health symptoms as required.

• Collaborate with clients on personalized care plans.

• Complete necessary paperwork and assessments for clients.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.

• Engage with Regional Clinic Directors and team members regarding client care and services.
