Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Independent Contractor

We are offering a $7500 Ramp Stipend/Sign-on bonus for clinicians providing 25 clinical hours or more per week.

Compensation: This is a Fee-for-Service (W2) position, offering a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $187,000 annually based on 25-35 clinical hours per week.

At Thriveworks, we prioritize the safety and well-being of both our clinicians and clients. We promote responsible prescribing practices and provide telemedicine options. While we do offer stimulant medications when appropriate, we do not focus on them as a primary treatment. Additionally, we do not treat substance use disorders and collaborate closely with in-person providers for more severe cases.

Role Expectations:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations remotely.
• Treat clients aged 14 and up effectively.
• Be available to visit the office at least one day per week.
• Prescribe necessary medications to alleviate mental health symptoms.
• Collaborate with clients in creating tailored care plans.
• Complete the required documentation and assessments for each client.
• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors regarding client care and services.
