Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) role with an annual salary range of $147,000-$212,000, based on 25-35 clinical hours per week.

At Thriveworks, we prioritize safety and best practices through telemedicine. We do not promote the use of stimulant medications unless clinically indicated and allow prescribing decisions to be made by our clinicians. We also do not treat substance use disorders but refer to in-person providers when more severe symptoms arise.

Our Nurse Practitioners provide care for a diverse range of clients facing mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and work with both adults and adolescents while planning to expand services for all age groups in the future.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification required.

• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in your state is required.

• Experience with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous.

• Three years of overall experience is preferred; one year of direct psychiatry experience is mandatory.

• Must be licensed and reside in the state of practice.

• All clinicians must complete our in-house training on ADHD treatment standards and pass a certification exam; while enrolled in the ADHD Clinic, there are no client quotas or mandatory prescriptions.

What We Require:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients via telemedicine.

• Ability to treat clients aged 14 and older.

• Be able to work in the office at least one day per week.

• Prescribe medication as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop collaborative care plans with clients.

• Complete required paperwork and assessments for clients.

• Follow Thriveworks’ Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.

• Engage with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding client care and services.
