• Sporadic coverage for the remainder of 2025. Starting January 2026, the need will be FULL TIME with one weekday call and 1 and 4 weekend call.

• Practice Setting: Inpatient Psychiatric Department
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12
• Total Number of Beds: 27
• Number of Psychiatrist in the Group: 5
• Number of Advanced Practice Providers Support: 6
• Number of Psychologists: 0
• Locum Tenen Psychiatrist Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers: Yes, Psychiatric NP
• Describe Referral/Transfer Protocol: Referrals primarily coming from Muskegon and Grand Rapids EDs
• Safety/Security Measures in Place: Staff duress system, security on site 24/7
• No pediatric patients
• EMR: Epic
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months but need ASAP

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified (Psychiatry) - REQUIRED
• Active MI License or IMLC/LOQ - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Must be available to cover full time starting January 2026 - REQUIRED, no exceptions
