Our client is currently seeking a Proposal Analyst to join their team in support of a program at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.

Position: Proposal Analyst

Location: Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO

Salary Range: $80,000 $95,000

Clearance Required: Active DoD Secret

Work Schedule: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite)

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)

Key Qualifications:

• 4+ years of general full-time work experience
• 2+ years in Proposal Development, Cost/Price Analysis, or Business Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Active DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Skills: Experience with industry proposal management tools

Role Overview: The Proposal Analyst will support the development, coordination, and submission of compliant and compelling proposals. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and auditing proposal documents (BOE, BOM, Cost Proposals)
• Leading proposal meetings and coordinating with technical teams
• Managing proposal schedules and deadlines
• Maintaining documentation in SharePoint
• Communicating proposal status to leadership
