Property Manager

Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties throughout the Cincinnati area. Coordinate property updates and maintenance, conduct property inspections, and prepare budgets while tracking expenses.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of residential properties.
• Coordinate and manage property updates and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of all expenses.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in property management, either commercial or residential.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in property administration.

Work Environment:

The role involves working in various residential properties within the Cincinnati area. The position may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate property inspections and maintenance activities.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blue Ash, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
