Jacobs is seeking a Project Systems Specialist with a strong background in Oracle Primavera Unifier to join our dynamic PMIS team. This is an opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about optimizing project systems.

Key Responsibilities:

??Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Unifier.
n

??Configure and customize Unifier modules, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
n
n
??Work with project stakeholders to define and implement business processes within Unifier.
n
n
??Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
n
n
??Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
n
n
??Develop test plans and perform system testing to ensure quality and efficiency.
n
n
??Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimization.
n
n
??Document system configurations, process workflows, and training materials.
n
n
??Stay updated on Oracle Unifier updates and best practices.
n
n
??Ensure data integrity and security within Unifier.
n

This position will be opened for at least 3 days.

n
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
n
n
Minimum 5 years of Project Controls experience
n
n
??At least 2+ years of experience focused on Unifier
n
n
??Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier, including configuration and administration
n
n
??Experience with business process design and optimization, including proficiency in project management systems
n
n
??Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
n
n
??Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
n

Ideally You'll Also Have:

n
Unifier Implementation Specialist certification
n
n
??Experience in construction, engineering, IT, or capital projects
n
