Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects within the solar and renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, particularly in large-scale solar and renewable energy projects, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage solar and renewable energy construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve issues.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
Conduct site visits to assess project status and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage project resources, including labor and materials, to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy or construction industry.
Proven experience managing large-scale solar or renewable energy projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes related to solar and wind energy.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
