Project Manager

Transition Support Contractor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced contractor to support the transition from our current lease administration platform to a new system. This role will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, process continuity, and successful onboarding of the new platform across the organization.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in lease administration, real estate operations, or system implementation.
• Familiarity with lease administration platforms (e.g., CoStar, Yardi, Visual Lease, Tango, MRI, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
• Experience with system migrations or software transitions.
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS lease accounting standards.
• Experience working in a corporate real estate environment.
• Project management certification or experience.
