Project Manager III - Research & Development

KARL STORZ is seeking a Project Manager III to lead international cross-functional teams in developing next-generation flexible endoscopes and related technologies. What you'll be doing:

• Lead and deliver complex new product development projects on time and within scope.
• Act as a technical resource, ensuring designs are manufacturable and compliant with FDA/ISO standards.
• Collaborate across global KARL STORZ sites to align project goals and updates.
• Evaluate product changes for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Facilitate resolution of project challenges while influencing team outcomes.

What you'll need to be considered for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science field.
• 5+ years in design or manufacturing engineering, plus 3+ years in project management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills - including international collaboration.
• Familiarity with FDA/ISO regulations, project management tools, and 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
• A track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving results.
