Project Manager (Heavy Civil Construction):

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The candidate will have a background in Heavy Civil Construction and must be adept at managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Ensure projects are on track and meet quality standards.
- Manage project budgets and cost estimates.
- Negotiate and manage purchase orders and agreements.
- Oversee costs, billing, as-builts, and change orders.
- Ensure successful project completion and close-out.
- Utilize Project/Primavera knowledge for effective project management.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular updates and effective communication.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Heavy Civil Construction industry
- Thorough understanding of standard construction practices, process, and methods.
- Experience supervising a team and multiple jobs.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Procore, B2W desirable but not required.
