Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead specializing in Architecture and Interiors to oversee and manage our diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading design initiatives and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative and functional architectural solutions in various sectors, including hospitality, commercial spaces, and sports complexes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and construction managers to develop design concepts and construction documentation.
Review and approve design drawings and documents to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide junior architects and interns to foster professional growth and skill development within the team.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to contribute to innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for architectural design and construction documentation.
Experience with hospitality, commercial, and sports architecture, particularly in the design of sports complexes.
Strong knowledge of AIA and NCARB regulations and standards in architecture.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
