What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep bids, proposals, and project files organized and on point
• Support estimators and PMs with documentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors to gather info and track deadlines
• Help streamline communication so projects stay ahead of schedule
