My client is seeking a Project Engineer with 4 years of experience to join a growing team focused on commercial and industrial site development. This role is ideal for someone with strong Civil 3D design skills who is looking to gain hands-on project experience and grow into leadership roles within a collaborative, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support site development for large-scale commercial and industrial projects, including warehouse campuses and processing facilities
• Utilize Civil 3D for grading, utilities, and layout design
• Collaborate across departments on diverse public and private sector projects
• Contribute to construction management and project delivery

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in land/site development
• Strong design and construction management skills
• BSc in Civil Engineering
• Passed or planning to sit the PE exam
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D
