Project Engineer (1100315)

Overview

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary: $115,000.00–$140,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Engineer for their manufacturing plant near Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including design, procurement, and commissioning
• Optimize OEE through process improvements and technical support
• Manage vendors, contracts, and on-site contractors
• Prepare scope documents and executive summaries for leadership
• Ensure alignment with budget and timelines across multiple facilities
• Collaborate with senior management to resolve design and technical challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing (7+ years preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PLCs (RS Logix), Wonderware, and CMMS systems
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with high-speed processes (e.g., chocolate, liquids, packaging) preferred
• Preferred: Aseptic processing experience, PE license, or PMP certification
