Project Director - Multifamily

Overview

Senior Project Director needed for a concrete high-rise multifamily project. The role is based in South Florida in-office with travel to the local jobsite as needed.

Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own all aspects of the project schedule, budget, and team coordination
• Drive preconstruction, buyout, and subcontractor onboarding
• Lead owner communications, internal reporting, and cost control
• Partner with field leadership to stay ahead of risks and maintain alignment
• Deliver the project on time, under budget, and to the highest standards

What You Bring

• 8–12+ years of experience, including recent high-rise multifamily project leadership
• Proven success on projects $50M+ with concrete structures
• Strong working knowledge of Procore, scheduling tools, and Excel
• Employment stability is a must—6–10+ years with no more than 1–2 employers preferred
• Ability to collaborate, take ownership, and lead from start to finish
