We are looking for a passionate and client-focused onsite Project Controls Engineer for engagement on significant projects in the Nation's Capital.

Responsibilities

• Receipt and distribution of Submittals, RFIs, and Potential Change Orders.
• Utilizing the client’s PMIS to assess, process, and maintain records for contracts.
• Processing of approved contractor payment requisitions.
• Drafting recommended responses and actions for RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch-lists, etc.
• Analyzing construction trends, monitoring deliverables, and providing overall administrative management.
• Maintaining as-built drawings and conformed documents.
• Administering badging procedures for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management. Waived for 10 years in the field of construction administration.
• 1-2 years of construction support experience.
• US Citizenship.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Location
