Project Architect Opportunity
We have a client located in Tempe AZ, that has an immediate need for a Project Architect. This is a direct hire position. Salary $100,000-$110,000.
Required:
- 8-10 years' experience in architectural practice.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience with project teams.
- Experienced in client interaction.
- Demonstrated experience in construction document preparation, bid review, construction administration and field observation.
Preferred:
- REVIT experience preferred.
- Experience with SketchUp, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Commercial Warehouse or Aviation Projects
- AZ registration
Job Order Details:
Candidates will be responsible for working closely with a firm principal to oversee projects from project acquirement phase through construction administration primarily in the market sector of aviation, commercial, and industrial. This leader will oversee projects through City entitlement processes, production of schematic design, design development, and complete construction documents, specifications, developing project design details, coordination with consultants, and construction administration as applicable. This leader will manage a team of 3-4 individuals and should have experience with management of a team and quality control of documents. Work will be primarily coordinated via a design contractor or under a project developer.
