Project Architect

Job Title

Ensure successful results through effective project management techniques. Supervise the production of design and contract documents. Lead the design team, coordinating all staff to meet project goals, objectives, and schedules. Establish and monitor project budgets to ensure profitability. Manage and review the performance of the design team. Interface with and manage relationships with design consultants, owner representatives, public officials, and review officials. Assist with quality assurance reviews of project documents.

Requirements

Proficiency in Revit and or AutoCAD (Revit preferred) Public sector background is essential. At least 6+ years of experience in architecture (NJ projects preferred)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
