Program Manager Tech 3 Silicon Supply Chain

Join Microsoft's cutting-edge silicon supply chain team as a Program Manager Tech 3. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, optimizing, and implementing operational processes that support material flow and buy/sell transactions across the silicon ecosystem. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of supply chain operations through process innovation, tool development, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Design & Optimization
• Conduct current state mapping and define future state processes for buy/sell operations.
• Develop scalable tools and reports to support operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation including flowcharts, manuals, and escalation paths.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with SMEs, Engineering, and Project Management to gather requirements and drive alignment.
• Present functional decisions and process improvements to Microsoft leadership.
• Systems & Tools
• Support SAP transactions such as PO creation and material flow tracking.
• Participate in UAT exercises to validate new tools and processes.
• Automate workflows and track efficiency improvements.
• Knowledge Transfer & Handover
• Prepare and deliver a complete Buy/Sell Ops Transaction Manual.
• Transfer all documentation, project records, and best practices to Microsoft teams.

• Current and Future State process maps
• SAP Transaction Manual and supporting documentation
• Functional tools and reports for buy/sell operations
• UAT participation and feedback
• Final handover package including best practices and recommendations

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

• 5+ years in supply chain operations, process engineering, or industrial operations
• Proven track record in process mapping and development
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Preferred Background

• Experience in high-tech or semiconductor supply chains
• Familiarity with change management and UAT processes

Disqualifiers

• No supply chain or operations experience
• Inability to synthesize requirements into actionable processes
