Project Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our team and assist in the daily functions of our Project Management team. The Project Administrator will provide essential administrative support to both internal and external team members, ensuring smooth project operations. This role involves collecting, processing, and organizing data and documentation from various sources to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance, and communication needs of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine administrative support to the project management team.
• Collect, process, input, organize, and file data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders.
• Work with vendors to obtain submittals and collect purchase orders.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to maintain up-to-date schedules.
• Work with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage project deliverables, including maintaining information on the project dashboard.
• Electronically process various documents such as submittals, pay applications, bills of sale, compliance documentation, requests for information, and change documents.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in project administration and data entry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with the Project Management team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
• Experience with construction administration.
• Understanding of construction projects.
• Experience with submittal processing.

Work Environment

This position is based at a commercial construction project outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma, specifically at a data center. The Project Administrator will support multiple projects simultaneously. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for an earlier end to the workday depending on team needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pryor, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
