Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• V2X is seeking mid-level Program Support Office (PSO) Subcontract Analyst to support both CONUS/OCONUS program regions. This individual will need to be a strong leader with demonstrated project coordinator skills and be accountable for ensuring overall Subcontractor performance for the program. The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management, including subcontract category management. You will serve as a Subcontract main point of contact for portfolio of programs' subcontract activities and will be the liaison between the Program Manager(s), IPT's, other functional leads, and the Subcontract Category organization. You will also be responsible for facilitation of Subcontract requirements to Category teams, program meeting attendance, forecasting, Estimate at Completion (EAC) projections, subcontract action tracking and program reporting specific to Subcontracts. Responsibilities span from the front end of the business Subcontract activities through contract closure, to include execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.

• This position operates under the functional guidance of Supply Chain organization and Corporate Purchasing Manual, while coordinating closely with other functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Subcontractor requirements (SSOWs) to correct Subcontract Category lead for assignment.

• Attend and represent Subcontracts in Program Staff Calls, Program Mgmt Review (PMRs), EAC and forecast reviews.

• Tracks and communicates program actions and status to Program and Subk Category team.

• Support Program Subcontract reporting needs

• Runs and Analyzes Program Subcontract reports

• Provides subcontract support to the Business Development/Capture Team to include NDA's and Teaming Agreement.

• Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.

• Assists in coordination with other functional areas, CONUS/OCONUS locations on matters related to subcontracting administration; compliance to V2X policies and procedures, and the Corporate Procurement Manual.

• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:

• BS/BA Degree

• Experience:

• Minimum of six years' specialized experience administering contracts/subcontracts, purchasing or contract administration using a variety of contract types in CONUS/OCONUS in support of US Federal Government prime contracts.

• Shall have a thorough working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DoD FAR Supplement, and other departmental supplements as applicable.

• Other Requirement:

• US citizen, required.

• Travel availability up to 10% of the time required.

• Skills:

• Possesses analytical and interpersonal skills in order to perform the job.

• Good problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills/techniques

• Strong communicator.

• Software:

• Frequent use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint), CLM, Infinium, IFS and On-Base.

• Technology:

• Computer, printer, calculator, phone, copy/scan/fax machine and other general office equipment.

• The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

• The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

• USD $ 80,000 - 125,000

• Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
