Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master to guide and support agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role is responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, tracking sprint metrics, and removing impediments to ensure smooth and timely delivery across business portfolios.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and maintain Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Track and report weekly sprint metrics including team capacity, output, and delivery timelines
• Act as a buffer between scrum teams, product management, and external stakeholders to maintain a safe and productive working environment
• Coordinate across multiple departments to identify and remove delivery impediments
• Support conflict resolution and foster team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively within the team, across feature teams, and with stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure consistent delivery practices and alignment with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Scrumban

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile delivery or Scrum Master roles
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Scrumban
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate across departments
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills in dynamic environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe RTE, or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience in Program Management or Release Train Engineering
• Familiarity with enterprise agile tools and frameworks
• Experience supporting large-scale software delivery initiatives
