Position Responsibilities:

• Identify, design, develop, implement, and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to ensure optimal customer experience related to fulfillment solutions.
• Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions.
• Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions.
• Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain, and fulfillment operations.
• Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators.
• Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.
• Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects, and using this data to drive and influence business decisions.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, operations research, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or as a program/project manager, or a related occupation.
• Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) managing operations projects from design to implementation for large-scale fulfillment solutions; (2) experience with selection optimization; (3) working with statistical analysis and data mining tools utilizing excel, tableau, or sql; (4) program management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery; and (5) working in the business procurement organization of a consumer market segment company or related industry experience in supply chain/transportation operations, direct-to-customer fulfillment/distribution center/operations, general management, or engineering operations.
• Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required. 100% telecommuting permitted, work may be performed from anywhere in the u.s.
