Program Management Senior Specialist

We’re looking for a Program Management Senior Specialist to take the lead in bringing our email marketing campaigns to life, from idea to inbox. In this role, you’ll be the central connector between product marketing managers, data specialists, developers, and our offshore production team. Your job? Make sure every campaign is on point, on time, and on brand.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: December 2025

Compensation: $125,000–$130,000 annually

What You’ll Do

Campaign Planning & Intake

• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) during campaign brainstorming
• Define tech requirements, estimate timelines, and ensure complete intake documentation

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end campaign execution with the offshore production team
• Coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and keep the process running smoothly
• Align data inputs with campaign needs alongside Data Specialists

Campaign Deployment

• Deploy and monitor email campaigns using Google’s internal platform Gamma
• Manage campaign lifecycle (pause, activate, launch) and ensure health monitoring
• Serve as the Gamma expert for all campaigns under your ownership

Issue Resolution

• Lead issue triage and resolution for new or live campaigns
• Document challenges and implement process improvements to avoid repeat issues

Communication & Reporting

• Host weekly calls with offshore teams and participate in regular scrums
• Keep Asana boards, project trackers, and QA sheets up to date

Continuous Improvement

• Explore ways to enhance workflows and campaign efficiency
• Use Generative AI (GenAI) tools to level up content creation and automation

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in project/program management roles
• 2–3 years of experience in email marketing
• Proficiency with tools like Marketo, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of marketing operations and campaign lifecycles
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with GenAI for email content generation and optimization
• Comfortable working under deadlines in a dynamic environment
