Program Control Analyst Associate

MANTECH seeks a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Entry-Level Program Control Analyst to join our vehicle sustainment team. This position is fully remote . The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage document closure, ensuring all project paperwork is completed, filed, and archived correctly.

• Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues, providing insights to program managers.

• Verify the accuracy of coding for financial transactions and labor hours, upholding data integrity.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, from data entry to reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.

• Degrees in other business fields may be considered with relevant work experience.

• Relevant work experience includes an internship or a previous role in a finance, accounting, or program support function.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely; demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a high level of engagement in all tasks.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.

• Must be able to push, pull, and reach.

• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
