Position Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC Load Calculations
- Select HVAC equipment
- Size and route duct and pipe
- Produce P.E. stamped mechanical drawings in local state
- Provide customers with custom mechanical solutions
- Manage multiple projects for multiple customers at the same time
- Use CAD/BIM to produce mechanical drawings
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize job assignments
- Commitment to company values and goals

- Strong HVAC knowledge

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 per year
