Professional Delivery Driver

We help YOU succeed! Our Delivery Drivers enjoy earning $29.81 per hour plus Component Pay! Typically working five days a week between Monday - Saturday, starting shifts between 3 AM - 7 AM.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely operate delivery trucks to reach customers on time.
• Unload products using tools such as two-wheelers and pallet jacks, placing items in designated storage areas.
• Ensure delivery accuracy while obtaining necessary signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repeatedly during each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions, making numerous stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid CDL Class A from your state of residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience required, or three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred, depending on location.
• Must be proficient in reading and communicating in English.

*Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is mandatory as per Department of Transportation regulations. All drivers must complete registration to participate in the new database that tracks driver violations related to drug and alcohol programs.

Compensation: Pay range for this role is between $29.81 and $31.71, dependent on experience and education. Overtime compensation, incentives based on performance (cases, mileage, stops), and various benefits including health insurance and retirement plans are also available.
