Business Analyst IT Stability Program

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our IT Stability program, focusing primarily on documentation and related activities. This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT Service Management and a strong understanding of incident and problem management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with documentation and process improvement efforts within the Stability program
• Collaborate with teams to support incident, problem, and change management activities
• Analyze data and generate reports using ServiceNow
• Contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance system stability and performance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow reporting
• Knowledge of xMatters is a plus
• Background in data analysis or data science is a plus
• ITIL certification or understanding is a plus
