Our client, a leader in Light Industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to work well both independently and within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay Range: Please inquire during the application process

Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality standards
• Use visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products
• Move parts and materials to ensure smooth workflow
• Rotate between different operations within the work cell and departments
• Maintain accurate records for work processes and materials

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with hands-on assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change
