Production Worker First Shift

Our client in Bloomer is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join their team. As a vital part of the production department supporting assembly operations, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong focus, manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the team.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Bloomer, WI

Pay Range:  $17/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Assemble parts accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct placement and quality standards
• Maintain a steady production pace, striving to meet or exceed assembly targets
• Follow established protocols for quality control and safety procedures
• Prepare work areas before production and perform cleanup after shifts
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the assembly process
