Production Supervisor

We're looking for a committed Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the manufacturing floor. This role involves managing a team of 1215 employees operating 810 machines, with a focus on meeting production targets while upholding high standards in safety, quality, and team accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the daily work of 1215 production team members
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and provide coaching and performance feedback
• Uphold company policies, including handling disciplinary actions and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and punctuality
• Track performance metrics at both individual and team levels
• Conduct employee evaluations and support professional growth
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
• Collaborate with HR on staffing decisions, including hiring and terminations
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Skills

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management and quality assurance practices
• Familiarity with performance management and disciplinary procedures
• Experience using SAP or similar systems

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
