Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our manufacturing and assembly areas. This role will focus on driving efficiency, ensuring quality standards, promoting safety, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production teams, set priorities, and ensure daily goals for quality, cost, and delivery are met.
• Lead and motivate employees to achieve operational excellence through clear communication and accountability.
• Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and other process improvement tools.
• Monitor production metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce waste and scrap.
• Partner with other departments to resolve issues and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
• Support employee development through coaching, performance feedback, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
