Production Supervisor

Overview

Our client is a well-known producer of food products. Due to growth seeking Production Supervisors for its plant in Baltimore. Primary responsibilities include:

• Supervise, train and mentor employees under respective shift.
• Provide production reports to include downtime/maintenance and quality assurance results
• Ensure work areas are safe as per GMP, OSHA and SOPs

Reports to

Position reports to Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Associates degree. Will consider military training.
• 3+ years’ experience in food production environment
• Understanding of GMP, FDA/USDA, OSHA.

Compensation

Salary up to $70,000/year based on experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, FSA, 401k.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
